Outdoor space is a significant part of The Depot. A fully landscaped courtyard will be a signature component of The Depot. This courtyard will provide both sanctuary and inspiration for the people that use it. FCP will encourage public use of the space as well as use it for events coordinated with use of inside space at The Depot.
FCP will operate a cozy café (32 seats) offering cold and hot drinks and light fare: a variety of sandwiches, wraps, soups, and salads. This meeting place will provide Wi-Fi access and be a perfect location for individuals and small groups to fellowship. It will also provide a venue for 4-6 jobs for young people in transition.
The FCP community Laundromat will be the only public laundry service in Tarentum. State-of-the-art washers and dryers in a well-maintained facility provide a much-needed service. Volunteers will serve as staff to assist each customer. The Laundromat has easy access to the rest of the building affording customers the opportunity to take advantage of other services while their laundry is being done.
The Depot offers nearly 7,500 square feet of flexible office space for its partner organizations. Affordable lease rates are provided to encourage member organizations to establish satellite offices in Tarentum. Common facilities such as the high-tech conference room café, and warming kitchen are amenities included in each lease. Handicap accessibility is guaranteed as well as elevator access to each of the three levels.

Wireless Internet access; projection monitors, cable service, online network channels, and live video conferencing make The Depot a premiere resource in the area.
